	Discover the beautiful and untouched nature of Ariège in Southern France near the Spanish border, not far from Andorra, about 95 kms south of Toulouse. Our property of 30 hectars (75 acres) is situated at 730 m above sea level, surrounded by an immense communal forest. From the house you can start hiking into the mountains. You can also enjoy our beautiful black mountain horses and a swimming pool with a magnificent view down the valley. Nearby are interesting villages and small towns providing much attractions for tourists.

More photos: here	The market every Saturday at St Girons is very famous and people come from far away to watch the buzzing activities, the musicians and appreciate most of all the variety of local products sold. You may visit the near by snake farm, prehistorical caves and take a swim in beautiful situated lakes. . Sunset is situated about 3.5 kms from the village of Rimont. Airports: Toulouse and Carcassonne about 1.5 hours	How to get here: Highway 64, N 117, Station train/bus: St Girons. Airports: Toulouse, Carcassonne (low cost: Eeasyjet, Ryan Air, Germanwings) A pick-up service with a mini-bus is possbile: please ask us for prices. Calculate your itinirary with Mappy

	We provide accomodations for 30 people in rooms (and camping in Summer) - Seminar room: 80 m2 , big window and view over the valley - Chairs, matrasses cushions, stereo equipment, paperboard - Plancher chauffant - Rooms with private or shared bathrooms - Big livng - dining room (65 m2) - Professionnel kitchen with dish washer - 200 m2 terrasses with a beautiful view - Large swimming pool in Summer, 6x12 meters - Garden - camp fireplace

	2 houses: La Bergerie, le Gîte Campagnard: The rooms - Les Acacias, les Châtaigniers, les Bouleaux, Soleil Levant: 4 studios with 4 beds (mezzanine and ground floor), private bathrooms - Les Chênes: 2 rooms with 3 beds each - Le Gîte Campagnard: 3 rooms (4,3 and 2 beds) - The big room can be transformed into a dormitory if needed The camping - the camping is open from juin to septembre (for group participants only)

	CENTRE SUNSET is open all year round - Rental of sheets is possible - Rental of the place : full room and board or without board - The studio " Acacias " et "Gîte Campagnard" have the quality label "Clévacances 2 clés" - Internet free of charge - Some rooms have to possibility to plus in your tv (TV by per Satelite)
